Big, family house turned into a hotel. Friendly personel, making the breakfast everyday in their own kitchen. Nothing to complain!

The hotel’s location was great, but what really made our stay special was the warm hospitality from Liza, her brother, and their lovely grandma, who prepared delicious breakfasts. They even welcomed us with amazing natural handmade wine, making us feel right at home.

The hotel is located very close to the Bagrati Cathedral, on a hill, hence you can see the whole city through the windows of your room. There was also a terrace available for the Guests, where you can comfortably enjoy a glass of wine, while observing the amazing view. Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, with AC, big enough. Breakfast served in the hotel is rich, a lot of local products used to prepare it, all fresh. Additionally, we were welcomed with a glass of wine by the Owner's daughter, who speaks fluent English. Highly recommend!!!

The staff was incredibly nice, we have been treated extremely well. The hotel has lovely balconies and the rooms are comfy. Overall great stay!

Hotel belongs to a lovely family, everything is simple but perfect, view from balcony is gorgeous, amazing breakfast, they ask you what time do you want breakfast to be served and they bring full table of different food 😀

Nice view over the city. They gave us a free glass of their home-made wine when we arrived. It is relatively easy to walk into the city center (15 mins.), though there is a steep hill on cobblestones.
