Friendly staff, comfortable room, close to many amenities, I would definitely recommend to other people and if I go back to Kutaisi, I would stay here again for sure.

The view on the highest floor is nice, although during summer the river can be barely seen due to the beautiful trees in front of the hotel. Although the hotel is situated on a road, it was not too noisy during the night.

Location is good just 500 MTRS to central square , Colchis fountain , white bridge, cable car , green bazar all in walkable distance. Nice and friendly staff

The hotel management is very responsive with all the questions I have even pre-arrival including the arrangement for airport pickup and drop off. Once my husband arrived, he was accommodated very well and had a wonderful rest. The hotel is right next to a river with so many trees and birds so it was very relaxing for him especially it rained the first day! The hotel's location is very near the city center so it was a very pleasant walk. With 4 nights stay, the price is so affordable, such a value for money. Mr. Lasha and his staff were wonderful which made his trip even more enjoyable. TIP: Anything you need, just give reception a quick call and they will be happy to provide.

Spacious and clean room for a great price. Perfect place to get breakfast at Green Bazaar (2 min walk) and only 5-10 min walk to the middle of the city. The staff is friendly. Stayed for 7 nights, sadly got sick in-between for 3 days. Since the bed is comfortable and the AC is heating the room very fast, it was a good place to recover. They have affordable prices for their tours as well (100GEL for a trip to martvili canyon and tskaltubo -approx 5-6 hours). Big thanks to Ramaza who was very patient and accommodating with driving me. For 10GEL they let me wash my laundry as well.
