Great find..Just 15-18 minute walk from Airport Bus Stop/Kutaisi Tourism Centre and Wendy's Fast Food Chain. Reserved quiet man took me in and given a HUGE Double Bedded room. Basic it was but for 2 nights it was okay. Free genius breakfast was yummy and thoughtful. Safe area as like whole of Georgia. Free Tea and Coffee lovely! Shop just round the corner.

I really liked the feeling of this place and the kindness of the owner, breakfast was amazing and clean rooms with good WiFi, defenetly will return to this place if I go to kutaisi again

Memorable 2 days !! Taniya and her family were very helpful. we luv'd the stay. They gave us fresh farmed fruits. amazing breakfast!

A nice room with a fantastic view. There is a balcony, access to a kitchen with all the usual facilities, and an ensuite bathroom. The host family are friendly and there is generally a nice atmosphere.

As the name suggest, friendly little guesthouse a bit outside the city centre (~15 min. walk). The host woke up early to prepare us a nice breakfast, right on time to get the marshrutka to Mestia.
