Saba was amazing. He welcome us and show us the place. Unfortunately we spend here only few hours because we go to airport early in the morning.

The property was excellent, ultra cute and simple. If you love old houses and this kind of traditional details it definitely suits you. Additionally, Mr. Saba is very polite and helpful, available to help at any time, giving us any advice that we needed with responsibility and assistance (and very careful driver as well). We hope to meet that place again in the future and these beautiful people. Unfortunately, our reservation didn’t have a breakfast but we heard that the breakfast is made by the landlords -fact that makes the place even better and special Greetings from Greece

We stayed at this hotel for the first time in October, and we loved it so much that we decided to come back again. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with fresh linens and well-maintained facilities. The hotel has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishes, a refrigerator, and napkins) and a lovely courtyard where guests can dine. The day before our departure, the hotel manager kindly asked if we needed an airport transfer. We initially planned to book a taxi for 4 a.m., but it turned out that no taxis were available at that hour in Kutaisi. Desperate, we called the hotel manager, who arranged a ride for us within 10 minutes. His father kindly drove us to the airport, and we were incredibly grateful for his help. Later, we realized our child had left a toy in his car, and this kind gentleman even returned to the airport to give it back to us. I highly recommend this hotel! You’ll get a great room for a fair price, along with exceptional service.

Made a last minute booking and when we arrive at 3 am , the host was kind enough to leave the keys for us. The room is comfortable with ample heat and hot water while being in the very center of the city, it was surprisingly quiet on a pebbled street. We would def come back again

The host is a very young and dynamic person who speaks English well! The hotel is well located, within 3 minutes walking distance to the Green Bazaar, the theatre, and museums. Although the room is not big, it is clean and very convenient.
