Staff were great, breakfast had everything you would want, hotel in walking distance to shops beach and restaurants. Spa was great, and with the discounts it was as cheap as on the streets. Restaurant/room service menus lots of choice. Shower was not in a bath which is good for elderly people, but it was slippery

Everything is actually pretty good, large venue and pretty good for families. Place is starting to look a little bit tired and could do with a little makeover. Really enjoyed our stay and would deffinatly stay again.

I stay at Truntum Kuta (previously Grand Inna Kuta) often - have been there for the last 20 years. The staff are always first rate, and the service is beyond excellent. The facilities are well-managed and it is no surprise that Truntum Kuta attracts a variety of traveller types: from solos, to families, from couples to tour groups. It's location cannot be beaten, being central PLUS right on the beach.

The place was nice enough, a little more run down than the pictures on the website. A little older. Staff were pleasant and room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good. I'll compare it to the Dynasty because it's on par and about the same price. When comparing the two, the Truntum is a bit below it. Vibe wasn't the same and everything was a bit less - from towels to the hotel grounds and brekky. I wouldn't stay again, just because for about the same price, the Dynasty is better. No major complaints though!

The hotel is very well positioned, the staff is well trained and very friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also clean. The breakfast was tasty and varied. Across the road from the hotel is Kuta Beach
