The staff here are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable . The resort is really nice and the facilities like the gym and spa are very good. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean however the bathroom could have been cleaner

The property is set in the heart of Kuta, it’s a great location for shopping, the beach, food and more. The staff were great working around the clock to ensure a great stay. The pool is very big and refreshing. The pool bar is great too! Breakfast is a bit manic at rush hour but that’s to be expected. A good selection of western, cultural and vegetarian dishes along with pastries.

The hotel was very beautiful and was giving you the impression that you were not in the city but in a tropical place. The staff was very kind, the food was tasty and the massage was the highlight as for us both it was amazing.

Convent location, rooms are a decent size. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant downstairs is decent maybe a little pricey. Included breakfast is pretty good.

The pool, spent nearly every day in it. Loved the layout and the overhanging frangipani trees . It was like a little oasis, rather then some of the more sterile rectangular resort pools. The staff from front desk to the guys cleaning the grounds were very typical Balinese friendly and obliging.

This hotel offers excellent value for money! The pool was absolutely lovely – clean, well-maintained, and a great spot to relax. The staff were truly amazing, always friendly, attentive, and ready to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of fresh, tasty options to start the day. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it easy to feel right at home. For the price, you get so much more than expected, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or stay again ourselves. A fantastic experience all around!

A fantastic pool & great spa. The room was beautiful with a spacious balcony. Absolutely loved the Mexican in the hotel. Walking distance from Kuta beach and restaurants. The staff were lovely & friendly!
