The staff were very helpful. The buffet was so big and great food. All the pools were fantastic - pool bar, water basketball and volleyball plus lots of games to play for the kids.

Everything was perfect. We got a room upgrade to pool view, free airport pickup. The place is spacious, perfect location near Kuta in the City Center. The room was cleaned daily and the staffs were friendly. In our room, there was a bathtub and a shower. The pools are amazing, our kids love it there. The food was also delicious, breakfast was of various choices and tasty too. This hotel is indeed one of my favourites. We will come back here of course.

Food was ok more selections but few dishes run out early they could be more organise. The location was great close to the beach and few great seafood and western restaurant
