The hotel was great, was located quite far off the road and in a quiet area of Kuta. The pool was great and the breakfast was delicious!The room was nice and big, comfy bed. We had an issue with our aircon (which didnt bother us) but staff were notified and issue was rectified instantly. Everyone was kind and happy and very onto everything.

Breakfast had a good selection and the room was clean with comfortable bed. Our room had pool views. The location was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Location was very apt. Near kuta art market. Marts, cafes, restaurant, money changer (currency exchange), all were nearby and at walking distance. It ~20-25 mins to reach from airport. Breakfast was okayish. Diverse, but okayish in taste. It was all hygienic. It has 24*7 room service restaurant so that's good. Overall, good stay

Firstly, our first impression was not that good as the lobby/reception atmosphere was below standard. The staff members, however, were nice and friendly. The room we got was spacious but the cleanliness was way below our expectation. The room, the bathroom facilities were a bit dated but could be better if well maintained. The linens/towels should be supplied by professional laundry suppliers. Otherwise, we would not have seen wear and tear, holes on them. Other facilities were like the pool, bar, gym etc were okay. The buffet breakfast was good and adequate. The location was okay but we did not Kuta atmosphere, anyway, as it was too noisy. Overall, it was an okay stay.

We were out everyday, from what we experienced ie sleeping and breakfast, it was good and basic - loved the ‘egg station’ just ask the chefs which egg type you’ll like and they’ll be able to do them. the beds were comfy, rooms were neatened up every day and fresh towels were given too. we had problems with our safe (user error) the maintenance men came out instantly and reset and helped us rest it :)

Good location, close to airport. Lots outside hotel, shops eating places. Reception staff very helpful
