I had an amazing 9-day stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely incredible – everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Alan, the security officer, who went above and beyond when my friend was unwell. He showed genuine care and kindness by driving her to the hospital and ensuring she was safe. Alan's assistance truly made a difference and reflected the excellent service of the hotel. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and caring environment. Property was reasonably priced with pool,spa and breakfast at its best. Same quality as Bali Dynasty resort but cheaper price.

staff were very helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to check out late as we had a late flight. The pool was great and breakfast was included and had a good variety of different foods.

Hotel is just beside Mall Bali Galeria, 15 min ride to the airport. Hotels staffs including the security guards were helpful.
