The breakfast was perfectly okay, it’s just some staff that have no knowledge about the coffee, we placed order twice and still doesn’t came as we expected.

I loved the kids club, the fact that there were shallow pools for kids. And the service of staff was immaculate. Always eager and looking for ways to help. Oh and location is great easy to access and ride Gojek!

Beautiful layout and an excellent room. The experience of opening my door for the first time and seeing it, with the music playing from the TV that switched on, was great. Also, the staff was helpful, kind, and friendly. The facilities and decorations were very high quality. It is at a very convenient location for parking, driving, and getting to the airport, and is close to the beach and shopping areas. Walking is near and possible, but the sidewalks aren't pleasant. Taxis to downtown and the airport, however, are very cheap and easy to get.
