Nice pool, staff are awesome. Ground floor room was excellent with veranda and easy access to the pool. Tea/coffee making in the room with fridge, air con, tv. This hotel is exceptional value for money.

The location is perfect for easy access to the airport, mini supermarkets, shopping, beaches and great food. The pool and restaurant mean you don’t have to go anywhere if you don’t want to. Breakfast included was awesome, nice to start each day with a full tummy. The staff are beautiful people inside and out, they make you feel like you really belong there😍

Balcony, pool and location. Location is good, not at grazy Kuta beach area. Laundry and small shops nearby.

The staff were all amazing, concierge staff, maintenance, cleaners and restaurant staff very welcoming, happy and did their jobs very well. The hotel itself a little worn down as such in some rooms, but main range fixed any issues very quickly, the rooms were clean, and cleaned daily. The pool and walking paths always clean and so pretty. Buffett breakfast daily absolutely delicious!. All in all absolutely love this place value for money for sure!! And the location is amazing!!

I liked the location. Despite being in a busy place, the hotel was quiet. Plus it’s a good place for the price you are paying. Would go back again
