I really enjoyed the breakfast and the free morning yoga classes! The gym facility was also well suited for my needs and location was great since it was walking distance to shops/restaurants.

The location, connection to the mall, nearby food outlets, near but not too close to the hustle and bustle of Kuta tourist spots, ease of pickup and drop off from and to the lobby, beautiful rooms and great value in hotel restaurants.

Room size - big bathroom, super king bed, huge room with sofa, table, chairs, etc. Rooftop pool & restaurant is good size, intimate, well organised.

The hotel was incredible, the room was spacious clean and the bed was the most comfortable. The staff were very friendly, warn and welcoming. The infinity pool and bar had beautiful views. The breakfast was amazing and there was so much choice.

Loved the ambience of hotel and the location more importantly. Staffs were courteous and friendly. Unlimited welcome drink 😄 The room's interior was beautiful and the beds were comfy. Bathrooms were huge and decorated well. Overall the best hotel.
