The hotel is okay for a few nights. Still feels very crapped for three people, basically we didn’t have space to even unpack our luggage. The walls with dirt, shower head was broken. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. When Housekeeping knocked the next day we refused cleaning as my friend was still sleeping. But we asked to bring water as they didn’t. Later had to call reception to ask for 3-5 bottles. They brought only three small bottles. Later we called to refill toilet paper, bring some tea or coffee we had only three.

Great value for money. Spent 40 hours travelling with a broken wrist and upon arrival the staff were great and gave me a room upgrade. Comfortable bed

I had a 17-hour transit in Bali and was quite anxious as a solo female traveler. However, upon arriving at the hotel, my worries eased thanks to the staff’s incredible hospitality. The front desk staff were gentle and professional, providing detailed guidance on room arrangements and other small but important information. Even though I only booked the room for a single night, a very short stay, they treated me with genuine care and dedication as if I were a long-term guest. I also requested a wake-up call to ensure I wouldn’t miss my early morning flight, and they made sure I woke up on time. The check-out process was impressively swift and efficient, helping me save valuable time. When it was time for my departure, the staff kindly assisted with my luggage and remained warm and attentive until I left for the airport. Their hospitality truly made my short stay in Bali stress-free and pleasant.

Staffs are very helpful and kind. Location is perfect if you have a late-night flight or perhaps to stay for a little bit longer. Breakfast is sumptuous and highly recommended.
