The fridge which was to share for all rooms by reception was always full so hard to store anything as none in room. Bed was super uncomfortable but otherwise room was nice and staff lovely.

Nice and calm accomodation yet super central. Very very helpful and friendly staff! They made our stay a true treat! Special thanks to the ladies at the reception. Always kind and helpful, with laundry, motorbike, tips where to go and even super helpful sorting out our ferry trip back to Bali incl. Transfers The AC in our room was top (LG) Happy to come back

Clean with a lovely pool and free water refills (which I feel is really needed) and most importantly the staff who really helped us when we were suffering with an awful case of food poisoning which effected us for most of our stay. We can’t thank them enough for helping with our recovery and felt relieved that we had chosen this place.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and I really was amazing ! The rooms are brand new and really big a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. All the staff is super friendly, and they help you with all your needs. Thank you al lot, and hope to see you again!

Very nice rooms with both AC and fan, which is amazing for someone like me who cannot sleep with AC on because of the noice. We had very nice, fresh air during the night thanks to the fan. The stuff was super helpful, big thanks to Sahiri who help us with the transport from and to harbour.

We had a great stay at Confidential Mandalika! It was very central but at the same time away from all the traffic and noise. The staff was super helpful, and helped us with taxi, transport to and from the ferry, and we were able to rent scooters there as well. We didnt use the pool but it looked nice, and the rooms were up to standards. Would definitely recommend staying here!
