Amazing staff! Always very nice with our group. The location is excellent, right in the main road. Good breakfast and many options to choose from. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast area is very nice and it has some sofas and a TV. We also loved the place's architecture.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Kuta. Great space to relax and unwind. The rooms are really comfortable. The staff elevate this hotel from a 10/10 to THE BEST IN KUTA - they are the friendliest, kindest and most welcoming crew. We had so many laughs playing games with Hendri and Adi and had delicious breakfasts prepared by Sugi, Isa and Agus. I doubt you’ll find a more welcoming group of people anywhere in Kuta!

Such a lovely experience staying at Naia. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The vibe was so good, it felt open and welcoming all hours of the day. Loved the aesthetics also. Good location on the main strip of Kuta beach area. Would absolutely stay again 😊😊

We had a great stay at Naia. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to help us book activities and transport. Pool is clean and even though the property is right by the main road, the pool area feels peaceful and relaxing.

This is a place, a home, that has given us peace and made us feel so so welcome. The service is excellent and the staff is amazing. Marlisa and her team just wants you to relax and feel comfortable while travelling and that has been a privilege. Thank you so much for everything you guys did. For booking us a transfer to the harbour, for serving us every day with all our questions, for the lovely breakfast and the clean beds every morning. Thank you that we really could take a breath here!

The location is great, lots of restaurants and stores around. The staff are SO friendly and SO amazing. You feel really welcome and special while you are there. There service is phenomenal, from turn down service to breakfast!!

The best in Kuta, Lombok, and I’d even go so far as to say the best stay of our 28 day trip around Indonesia. Facilities, trip recommendations and staff were top class. The bed was comfortable. The room, shower and pool are clean. The location allows you a choice of restaurants. For sure try the “street food safari”.
