I stayed at this villa while the swimming pool was under renovation, which was clearly communicated in advance and reflected in a generous 50% discount—definitely appreciated. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, both in terms of variety and taste. I also noticed that some of the utensils weren't very clean. That said, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant overall. With a few tweaks, this place has great potential!

Martas windows is an amazing gem place in Lembongan island. The houses are all well maintained, super clean and super equipped for guests’ needs: sleepers, ear plugs, bathroom kits, little fridges in every room make the stay super comfy. The private terrace downstairs is a perfect chill area while the upper balcony is my morning favorite. The staff is also super helpful, very nice and friendly. Marta is there and ready to help as well in case guests might have any questions 🙏🏽 I loved the experience and cannot wait to be back.

The location and accommodation was excellent but the customer service was sensational. The owner is incredibly welcoming and the staff are super helpful. The location is close to the main road but far enough that you hear silence at night. Love the bamboo bungalows, super spacious and well designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and loved the outdoor shower. Brekky is a bonus and is on point. Also, the hotel has great communication.

It was really a great stay with Marta Windows. The owner Marta is really kind. She thinks along with everything and gives you all the tips you need to explore Lombok. The rooms are super clean, lovely beds and nice breakfast included. We were first going to stay two nights, but immediately extended by 4 days. The guesthouse is in a quiet place, but less than a 5-minute walk from all the bars and restaurants. Go there!!

The Villa is situated just 5 mins walk from the main street for food and groceries but was very quiet. Great host (Marta) and staff! Marta is very personable and made sure we were all taken care of. Thank You Marta! Staff were so friendly it was hard to leave. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Loved using the pool. Martas Window is a hidden gem!!! Can't wait to come back and spend more time here.

We spent 5 nights in Martas Windows and it was fabulous.It is a small, very comfortable and warm hotel. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. Staff are very helpful. The rooms are large and pleasant. The location is perfect, quiet but only three minutes walk from Kuta city center. Marta is a fantastic host, available and attentive. She has excellent excursion recommendations. She is the soul of the hotel and contributed a lot to making our stay unforgettable. Thanks Marta !
