Perfect experience The staff, room and hotel amenities were awesome and we were able to park our car to enjoy walking around! Compared to the size of rooms in Tokyo ours was much bigger and bigger than what it seemed in the pictures

The Japanese breakfast was just rightly done, not too much nor too little. The dinner meals were respectfully presented with excellent taste. I could feel the diligent effort of the chef and his/her team in this little hotel. I have been to Japan ryokans many times and this hotel offers one of the best meals.

The food. The accommodation. The Onsen's. The walking distances. The staff. The decor. The staff. The food. The ambience. The architecture. This is a fantastic place to stay! The food is top notch - I would put the food here against anywhere in the world and know it would come out on top. The accommodation is great - minimalistic but very warming and comfortable. The onsen's at the hotel styled in a way so that they are very relaxing. Within a short walking distance to Yubatake and shops. The staff were fantastic. I speak English with a little Japanese, but the reception explained everything quite well in English. The restaurant staff (both front-of-house and kitchen) are as good, or better, as any I have experienced in a 5-star restaurant. The hotel decor is well suited to the ambience it portrays. Nice architectural design both inside and outside of building.

The hotel is nice and clean .but the direction going to the hotel is very confusing , it would have help if the corner b4 the hotel will have a big signage of the hotel .an arrow towards the hotel would help a lot .

It is a relatively new hotel in Kusatsu Onsen area. The room size is a bit smaller than we initially expect. We are unable to book dinner at the hotel but the hotel staff managed to help us booking one outside, which is quite nice.

Location was great close to town. Having to park further away was unexpected. Very new room, good set up and good size
