The hotel was amazing, right above a Lawson. The location was perfect, near the main bus station that goes in and out of town and a couple of minutes walk to town. The onsen was great and staff were kind

This ryokan exceeded all our expectations. Located in the heart of Kusatsu Onsen, it provided easy access to the town centre and bus station. The staff were exceptional, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed their breakfast. We stayed there 2 nights and it was different both mornings. A special highlight was being able to enjoy the onsen without any issues despite having tattoos that I can't cover.

next to the car park and bus terminal, walking distance to all attractions. Excellent service, staffs are very friendly and always smile on the face. They will bring the breakfast to your room.

The location is not on the main road, but it is very convenient, very close to the city center, only about 4 min walk. There is a convenient store just in front of it. The room is quite spacious. they only have 2 twin bed in each room. the staff is very friendly. The onsen place in the hotel is quite clean

Impeccable location, just across bus terminal. Walkable distance to Yubatake. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. A gem convenient accomodation.

First thing we noticed was the big room compared to other hotels with a comfortable bed. The staff were excellent when we checked in and when we got our breakfast which was quite nice as well (although felt a bit high in sugar/carbohydrates). The public bath was very nice, the water was very hot compared to other hotels but enjoyable. The hotel is also located directly next to the bus station and above a supermarket and nearby all the sights.
