The shuttle runs until 18:00.Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Additional charges will apply for extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, and meal requests cannot be accommodated.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

The hotel was newly renovated and we had to wear slippers at the hotel entrance and throughout the hotel. It was beautifully decorated. We booked a Japanese tatami room and slept on futons (family of 4). The room has no shower facilities so you need to comfortable going to the onsen for your bath. We had a set dinner in the hotel which was wonderful. The hotel was also walking distance to the narrow streets and local attractions in Kusatsu.

Good location, clean accommodation, staff lovely and very willing to help. All the touristic spots are on walking distance.

This stay is highlight of our trip to Japan, with big room size and in room onsen. Less tourist as the hotel is a bit further from tourist attraction. Love the classic road bicycle hanging in the hotel.

Very polite and helpful staff. Appreciate the free shuttle bus to bus terminal. Clean room, wide hot springs. Good view of town.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! The corner room was lovely and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. The onsen (outdoor and indoor) and foot bath were both great.

Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!my room was large and exceeded all expectations I had. It was better than the photos! The baths were hot and didn’t harbour the strong smell that the hot springs outside have. The staff were very attentive and kind, breakfast was good! I got a massage which was very painful while I was having it however the therapist was extremely thorough and was even able to guess very specific things about my lifestyle. He showed me stretches and gave me some advice. Today, one day later, I haven’t felt so light and free in a long time. Overall a relaxing overnight trip from Tokyo, I will definitely return again
