Staff and other guests were all friendly. Great location to enjoy Kusatsu. Lots of cute breakfast and lunch options close by.

Close to the bus station, being a hostel and having very few beds the property was very clean. Host was very nice too. The kitchen was full with amenities. Loved the stay here
