Clean, cozy, spacious room. Helpful and friendly staff. Green and well organized territory of the hotel, wooden pier for sunbathing and swimming. Starbucks stall right next to the pier. Great a la carta breakfasts

This is a beautiful 5 star boutique hotel with lovely manicured gardens and a wonderful beachside restaurant that literally sits on the waters so there is no beach per say. Rooms are of international standard, spacious, comfortable, clean and so modern. Staff are all helpful and accommodating. Champagne offered at check in and breakfast was so excellent! Lovely pool and a good option of room selection to choose from all of which would highly recommend. There is one issue thou that took away the 5 star element. This being the loud music played in the restaurant that was booked for a wedding. It went on from 9 pm to just after 1am. Families with young children, guests wanting a peaceful evening and restful sleep were not happy. At the very least, seeing how 5 star this place is, concierge should reach out to guests with reservations on party nights to ask if they’d mind the noise and offer a refund to move elsewhere. The music thou good to some was distracting to others and for my family at least it spoiled our whole experience. We otherwise loved the vibe, decor and entire set up of the hotel but was just so dissapointed with the lack of concern for the other in house guests who have to put up with loud disco music into the wee hours of the morning. Definately reccomend guests checking with the hotel personally if any parties are scheduled before confirming their reservations here. Weekdays are a safer bet. We stayed on a Sunday evening and the loud music was non stop for 5 hours! Because the grounds are small and compact, no room would escape the loud music. I did read a few comments in the reviews on the party scene here but assumed it was a few one off comments and likely not something a Sunday night stay here would experience. I guess I was wrong and that’s why it’s probably called a Lifestyle Hotel!

We really liked the cleanness of the room and the general areas. Also the food at the restaurants was really good especially the homemade ice cream and the Ayvalık balikcisi. Breakfast was top notch as well!

Wow, this is an escape to tranquility and beauty. Very modern and beautiful features. Fresh, lovely gardens and beautiful views everywhere. The hotel stuff understand 5start treatment and that’s why they give. I looooved it. 💐. The water sports complements the serenity. Everything belongs 😊

When we arrived we had such a warm welcome by Banu , the guest relations manager who immediately gave us a homy feeling & always assisted when we needed something, had questions, basically anything She made our stay amazing. The rooms are perfect everything you need , I loved the long pool where i could jump in from my terrace as wel as the bathroom products from Atelier Rebul. The breakfast and staff was out of this world fresh squeezed juice and all this yummie food , what a treat every morning. We loved the funky beach club and the party entertainment at night, every night was so much fun We will definitely be back !
