The location of the hotel is superb. Situated in a nice boulevard of Kusadasi with just a stone's throw away from the beach. All other spots are within walking distance. Since we had rented a car, the location on Google Maps is perfect for dropping off anyone at the correct location. The hosts were nice. They offered us some nice Turkish breakfast prepared in their kitchen so felt the warmness of homemade food. Also offered us their kitchen to make good Indian Tea. The best part of the hotel is their location. The rooms are big enough to accommodate a group of 4 people. Walking distance to the marina where there are thousands of restaurants, cafes and bars to explore. A bit higher on the price but then I guess its the location that they are charging for.I would strongly recommend this hotel to all travellers.

We had 2 bookings for this hotel. The first was for 5 adults in a 3 storey block and the 2nd for 2 adults in a studio. It had large living room kitchen and decent size bedrooms each with a large balcony or access to private roof terrace. There is airconditioning in every room! The family that run the hotel are absolute amazing people! They are kind, they help you in every way possible. It is in a great location 6 min walk to ladies beach. The pool is super clean. The bar is cheap. The family offered to make us food one evening on their bbq. They even washed dried and ironed my 3 weeks worth of dirty laundry!!!

Location 5 min walk to the entrance of ladies beach. Handy shop next door for beers and cigarettes. Little bar area. Little pool. Hosts and owner very accommodating.

Good location. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Owner provided us a special fish dinner with a reasonable price. He even provided us the basket of plum free of charge. Overall, we are satisfied this hotel

Everything. The owner of the property, Mr. Sincer is a wonderful person. I will remain indebted to him forever for his help with cash because I lost all my cards and much cash in a theft in Istanbul. It felt at home.

We liked everything, we arrived late and were greeted by a friendly woman at the reception who was very accommodating despite us speaking limited Turkish, and made sure we were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the room had good views. The balcony was very impressive and large and the swimming pool looked good although we didn’t get to go in it :(
