Fantastic stay, staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Bed was comfortable, beautiful view of the castle from our room and amazing rooftop views. The Japanese style breakfast was a nice and delicious surprise.

Great location, 7 minutes walk from then tram station and bus stop. I can see Kumamoto castle through the window. It’s pretty! The room is clean and comfortable. Staff is kind and friendly.

- perfect location, many places of interest are in walking distance e.g. Kumamoto castle - very good public transport options (e.g. Airport bus line stops at one of the main roads very close to the hotel / max. 5-7min. easy walk) - busy but not noisy area (good choice of cafés/ restaurants nearby) - room standard and size

Great location with a view of the castle. Very nice japanese breakfast and the staff was very friendly as well. I even got a complimentary face mask upon arrival.

The staff were really friendly and our son was given a little welcome pack with Kumamon goodies! We could see Kumamoto Castle from our window! The coffee machine in the room was fun to use! The breakfast was really good
