The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

The shower and bed mattress are good and comfortable enough for me to extend another night. The management staff is gracious enough to give us 2 additional pillows (upon request) to the room with no extra charges.

Nice interior designing modern and minimalist. Actually this is 2nd time i stayed in this hotel. The appliances such as mugs & lamps are from IKEA. Clean toilet and comfort bed.

Good staff service. Reasonable and worth the price. 2 packs of salted peanuts provided during check in. RM50 refundable deposit. Stayed in room 240. Walking distance to Lotus and few eateries available nearby. Quite neighbourhood. Toothbrush provided. Coway and iron available at the hallway. Paid parking lots in front of the inn, please pay using Kulim parking apps to avoid summons.

All is ok for me except both room which requested to tidy up was not done. I had stayed here for second times due to our rooms were tidy up for all three days on my previous visit but this time around, I am quite disappointed a bit the room were not tidy up. i booked the hotel this time around due to my previous visit experience. I hope my feedback will wake the hotel staff up as this hotel is clean, value for money on their facilities plus location is easy to access and local food is just nearby. But if small services are not up to standard, it will scared off the potential visitors. I will visit Kulim again this September school holiday, I hope the hotel will improve the services if I choose to stay at this hotel again.
