The front staff process was smooth and quick, check out process was so good, the courtesy of your front office is awesome. The atmosphere you Guys created for the season is mind blowing..

Overall is clean and tidy, however will be good if the facility maintenance can be more frequent as noticed the air conditioner was not very effective.

Beautiful Hotel Super clean bathroom and bedroom Aesthetically perfect There are areas for children to play around. Good amenities- coway available, fridge, water kettle available. Security is good, only card access. Ample parking space at basement. A truly wonderful stay.

Everything is very basic. Just a room with a bed, toilet, satellite TV, small fridge, kettle, and small cupboard to hang your clothes. Have tried many different hotels all around in Malaysia so don't expect too much from a budget hotel. Pretty quiet place with acceptable cleanliness.

The receptionist lady was very nice. It was the same girl when we checked in (24th) and checked out (25th). The room was clean and the hotel location is very strategic.. A lot of eateries in that area. Parking is also available.

A very comfortable, clean and spacious room. the hotel interior is nice and modern. very satisfy with shower head pressure. We will stay here again if we visit kulai next time.
