all the facilities is good and clean but I notice the housekeeping becouse my spoon is missing and no response.stay for few days and tried to ask to find it until I returned and still couldn’t find it. then reason because the spoon is plastic while the spoon is bought for my kids.the price is not cheap at all.

Location was great. Car park was 3rm per stay. People were nice. We got 2BR apartment which was enormous.

Perfect location for exploring Kuching with ease. Our apartment was absolutely enormous with everything we could have needed, and the views over Kuching Waterfront were exceptional. Everything was clean and our apartment was remade and restocked daily. The pool was also very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location, as it is not surrounded by heavy traffic. The room, as this is a purpose-built hotel unlike some which are renovated shoplots. Have been staying here many times and will be the place to stay every time balit kuching.

The location is excellent. All the places of interest for me was walking distance. I love the quiet ambience of the hotel with no disturbance. Also loved the view from my hotel room.
