The location was good around 15 minutes to the waterfront by foot. The room was nice and it included a fridge and a small desk. There was room cleaning every day with the replacement of towels, shampoo/shower gel packages as well as water bottles. It was possible to refill your water bottle at the reception, but the machine was off-limits to the guests and you always had to ask the staff at the reception which was a bit inconvenient.

It was the staff Angela and Nick who were most accommodating. Beyond the hotel , they answered a number of queries I had regarding Kuching city, especially suggesting places to eat and drink !

Near to many places of interest. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and not too noisy although located side of the road. My room was clean and they will ask you if your room requires services. Got hot and cold shower. Wifi available and very good signal strength. Accommodation like coffee,tea,sugar, bottle of water and water heater available in room.
