Amazing views, the decoration, staff super friendly always "online" to help with our needs The location for make the mont batur sunrise trekking. We made it with a guide provided by the hotel and we truly recommend I read a lot of reviews about the flies. Yes it's true but unfortunately there is nothing the hotel can do because there are a lot of agriculture around.

Loved the friendly helpful staff. Infact had an incident with my scooter falling down the hill and kind staff member helped me . They are very friendly and kind. The views were beautiful . Breakfast good.

View is amazing. Staff very proactive and friendly. Food was good. Pool and surrounding were very clean and beautiful. Room was very clean and well equipped. The road to the property is not bad at all. I was expecting worse from reading other reviews. Will definitely be back

The accommodation was very clean, we loved the view from the infinity pool! It’s a place to relax! We had the opportunity to book a sunrise hike to mount batur with the breezy volcano (private local guide), it was worth it!!

Location was perfect for hiking Mount Batur. The path is right outside the villa. The staff were really welcoming and there to cater for all needs.
