The staff is super nice! They organised us a trip to Mt Batur on very short notice. The guide we got through the hotel was great. They also orgainsed transportation for us to our next destination (there’s no grab/bluebird available). View is good and location is perfect if you’re planning on hiking the mountain. Room is fine, we only stayed one night.

Friendly, helpful staff and the best view in the area! Food was delicious. Has a resort holiday vibe, but at a budget price. Our hosts organized our jeep tour and hot springs visit for us, and we had no issues. All expenses (tours and food) were billed in a lump sum at the end of the stay, with no surprise charges. Would certainly stay again!

Jono and his wife are very nice, polite, and helpful. They arranged a booking for a local tour guide to go hiking and see the crater at Mt. Batur. They also assisted me in finding a taxi back to my accommodation near the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the views from my room, as well as from the property, were stunning, featuring beautiful mountain and lake scenery.

The area is very peaceful and the staff is very nice! Food could be better. We climbed mount Batur and the tour with our guide, Dika, was very pleasant. He was very nice and patient. Great experience!

Our stay in Kintamani was truly refreshing and peaceful. Johny, the host, was outstanding with his warm personality, deep knowledge of Hinduism, and exceptional hospitality. He organized a Mount Batur hike and hot springs visit for us, personally drove us everywhere with great care, and arranged a knowledgeable guide to make the experience unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and relaxed, always making sure we felt comfortable and welcome. Free water was provided daily, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the food was simple yet delicious. The pickup service was dependable, and the genuine sense of being part of a family made this stay truly unique. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of areas like Canggu and reconnect with nature, this is the perfect choice. The serene mountain views, slow pace of life, and authentic hospitality make it an ideal retreat. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful and enriching getaway!

Great view, staff were very accommodating always willing to help. Cottages have aircons. Bathroom was nice and big. Food was okay, can be improved a bit

Stunning views over Lake Batur! Basic rooms with everything you need. Would definitely recommend the lake view rooms! Staff were friendly and eager to help

Gorgeous property with character-filled cottages and beautiful gardens overlooking the mountains and lake. Lovely welcoming staff who looked after us so well and made us a delicious dinner and breakfast. Excellent value for money.

View is obviously incredible. A fine room very close to the start of the mount batur climb. But not close to anything else. Room is simple but charming. Ensuite consists of a slopped metal roof with lots of gaps. To be fair we didn't have much issues with insects getting in.
