The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The breakfast was not fancy but spread was good. You will definitely find something suitable for your taste and diet. Also, we were able to check in early at around 1pm which was great because most hotels only allow checkins at 3pm.

The gym aircon was not switch on and no one was on duty. Thus I did not use the gym facilities. The take away breakfast during my checkout was not packed properly. The cup of coffee overturned and the whole package was wet.

I like the food that I ordered for sahur, the food was tasteful. I like all the staff, they were accomodative to my requests and very polite. I like the location, I like the space of the room.
