The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Nothing much to expect just cozy room and as not in the big city yet this is one of the best 4-5 star hotels you can get .

My Eid stay in Kuantan was smooth and enjoyable. Check-in was quick, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, with good Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast was a nice mix of local options—nasi lemak and roti canai were definite highlights. Housekeeping was efficient, and the service throughout was great. The hotel’s location made it easy for us to visit family and friends in Kuantan. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider coming back.

The hotel staff provided amazing service! Check-in was super quick, and the lobby guy helped carry my bags to the room. Parking was easy, and the hotel had a calming scent. Room service was excellent, and everything was clean.
