i like room neat and clean...room service not efficient when i asked for towel change have to call 2/3 times and internet so bad even i use my own network...wifi so poor...

Room no 906 Housekeeping did faboulous job on 25.02.2025 The Cafe serve breakfast all the food delicious and staff very friendly The receptionist also welcome us when we arrived The bell boy did a good job and very helpful.. Love it when he offer wheelchair to my mom. The room very clean and the toilet clean

Very good location , Jambatan angkat is just walk way. easy to go outside restaurants, Ktcc Mall , MAYANG MALL. Hotel room also big and clean 👌👌 Breakfast 👌👌🤗 i strongly recommend for budget a tour 🤗

Centre of accomodation. Near mayang mall, singgangbudu, and also pasar payang. Easy to access and near place to eat. Staff very friendly and profesional. Maybe will stay again next time.

View from the room was great. We can simply admire the iconic Draw Brigde from the window. Hotel located close to the big Mayang Mall, the famous Singgang Budu Restaurant and the local coffe chain Nymph Coffee. The bell boy and guard were the only staff who full of smile and friendly. Kudos to them to make our exhausting day easier a bit.

Spacious room, very comfortable location walking distance to Mayang Mall, easy to get food from nearby eateries breakfast is superb! delicious food served for breakfast will come and stay at this hotel again.
