Everything was spotless from bed sheet, shower and toilet. But I get allergic reaction when I was sitting on the floor when I'm packing my bag. I assume they might forget to clean/vaccum the carpet.

Very strategic stay. Clean and comfort and money-wise hotel for you. Surrounded by massive malls. Sceneric KL-walks traffic (kinda like Shibuya-Walk).

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was always spotless every time we returned, which was such a nice touch. A big shoutout to the reception team for being super helpful, especially with our luggage arrangement before heading back to Singapore. The location was fantastic too! It was so convenient and easy to find great food nearby. Can't wait to come back!

Thoughtful room layout. Shampoo is good. Smart TV with YouTube. Photos on the booking.com portal accurate as of 9 March 2025. Customer service. Reception took care to ensure my requests are met. When it rained, concierge kindly found an umbrella for us. Satisfied.

1) Strategic location - perfect for 1st timer to KL ( my second time thou ) 2) Room’s Space planning - well thought ! WC and shower area is separated cubicles ! 3) provide premium tea bags and coffee 4) love the firm bed - had good sleep 5) Corporate logo is well design

I love everything about this hotel. Perfect location for traveller. Close to MRT, attraction and has the full glass wall overlooking the cross pedestrian in the heart of bukit bintang
