The pool was incredible and a major highlight of our stay. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with birthday decorations, including balloons and chocolates, which made the welcome truly memorable. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and flawless in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring great sleep throughout the stay. The view of the city, including the Petronas Towers, was stunning and added to the overall experience. The hotel is exceptionally well-located, just a short walk from the iconic Petronas Towers, making it ideal for sightseeing. Bathroom amenities were of excellent quality. Room service was efficient, and the food was outstanding. Breakfast in the room was a delight, with impeccable presentation and flavor.
