The location was great. The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and large dining/lounge room, TV with Netflix.

The accommodation is fine, there's a cooking stove, washing machine but without dryer. Service is good, great accommodation with a nice with of KLCC. It was a pleasure to stay with Soulasia during my short leisure trip.

The host is helpful and friendlier. Few days before we checked in, they already reminded us of important matters. 9pm check-in is seamless and quick. 830am check out was also quick and hassle free, definitely coming back!

Comfortable & Nice the Apartment, but a bit complicated to go to the place, Cleanliness ok, but both bathroom so smelly, I have to spray my perfume to go in.

I have stayed at vortex apartments by soulasia a couple of times now. They are my preferred choice in KL. The rooms (living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms) are always clean and in good condition. Amenities like washing machine and the kitchen appliances function well. Any small problems are efficiently addressed by management. The staff are friendly, courteous , and helpful. The location of the Vortex is fantastic, right in the centre of KLCC with easy access to shopping malls, sights, public transport, and scrumptious food! The building has a swimming pool, gym, sauna (small charge for these), as well as two convenience stores.

The view and locatoon are outstanding. Our condo on the 48th floor had a beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur and of Petronas Tower. The condo had two bedrooms, hot plate, washing machine and two bathrooms. The elevators were quick and only gave you access to your floor. Check in and checkout was smooth and quick. We enjoyed our stay.
