The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Usually hotel lobby located at Ground Floor, when I went there, there were just a Machine for me to confirm my room and give me the Card key. But I didn't know the room. Later, I found that the hotel lobby located at 6th floor and luckily the staff help me to confirm the room again and tell me the room number.

This is my 3rd time stopping here,, i was in another block this time which was fine,, but quite far from the other blocks but still the room was clean and nice view. The fridge in the room only seemed to work if the card was in the electric point,,. The swimming pool is stunning with the best views of the city. The changing room however needs immediate attention. The ceiling has fallen in in the men's changing room and has just been left on the floor from what looks like months ago. What a shame. Also the previous 2 occasions I stayed the breakfast was amazing. This time is was terrible. Literally cold noodles,, cold tinned sausages, and a few cakes and fruit and toast. The coffee was cold and the milk was room temperature. Was a total shambles and really ruined my stay here and would probably put me off staying again unfortunately as I really enjoyed my previous stays.

Great location, the hotel and room is comfortable, view dr bilik sgt cantik pemandangan klcc, menara kl dan saloma bridge. Masjid sgt dekat utk solat raya. Nice staff. There are some mini markets, restaurants and atm at the mall. Great place to stay for family.

Everything! We had a perfect stay! The local breakfast! Staff! Luggage storage! Room with the view of Twin towers and KL tower!

Location at the mall was convenient, there are some mini markets, restaurants and atm at the mall. A bit more than 1km walk through pretty neighbourhood to the nearest metro station. Felt safe in here. Nice staff. View to the city from the pool is gorgeous.
