Perfect location, right on KLCC park. Comfortable bed, quiet, efficient air conditioning. Swimming pool perfect temperature. Breakfast is good, a fair number of alternative choices although my only niggle was it was designed for mainly Asian visitors, less choices for American or British visitors. To be fair most of the clients were from Asia so I understand it.

Great location for Petronus Towers, spacious room, nice linen. Club membership was a great deal. Breakfast good but not exceptional. Corridor from the Mall to the hotel was really useful when it rained.

Location is very good as is it walking distance to klcc park which is free & composed of a children swimming & big playground. It is also walking distance to the Suria klc mall & the twin towers. The staff was so warning & it favors customer service. Breakfast was delicious and we could find a lot of varieties of food. We attended a ladies night at the sky bar with the amazing view on Petronas also. The concierge team was also very helpful too and also they us grwat advices which made our stay so smooth.

I just wanted to share how wonderful my experience . From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and at home. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The place itself was cozy, clean, and had such a warm atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

I am a frequent traveller and this is the bezt hotel ! The staffs , location , food you name it was the bezt ! Go to the top floor for the bezt music and songs played ! Me and my sister were treated like queens ! They have a buggy system to the mall nearby ! Provide water for free at request Bezt part they are fast with their service ! Other hotels should learn from traders on how they treat their guests ! Top notch

The location is excellent, with buggy service to KLCC. The hotel free upgraded my room facing KLCC which me and my wife are so happy.
