Westin Hotel Kuala Lumpur Room Number 2417 28 to 30 March 2025 RE : COMPLAINT - COFFEE HOUSE I had breakfast in your Coffee House on Sunday, 30 March 2025. At the food serving table, one of the dishes (near the Nasi Lemak) had a food place card stating "Ayam Redang" and I took some. After chewing it for a while, I found that the texture and taste of the so called "Ayam Redang" was totally different. I spat it out and realised the meat was beef. I am a Buddhist and I can’t eat beef. I immediately informed your staff about it to quickly change the food place card. Your Coffee House staff should be more careful and attentive when placing any food place card. Someone at a higher level should go around and check the place cards because of dietary and religious sensitivities. I think it is quite a serious issue especially when Muslims cannot eat pork and some Buddhists or Hindus don’t eat beef. Hope this can be looked into. The room is very nice with KL view. Nice to see from high level. Comfort bed for resting. Bathroom provided with bathtub.
