The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite, and the rooms were very large and comfortable, location was good. It was very close to Pavillion one of the largest shopping malls.

Everything was great- room very nice, firm bed, bath salts, shoe cleaning, butler service and staff customer centricity - especially freshly made apple and ginger juice at breakfast

The staff were all very friendly and go out of their way to help you. We had a 3 bedder suite and it was spacious for our family with young kids. It’s an easy walk to the pavilion shopping centre and also KLCC and beryjaya.

We stayed 2 nights in a standard room then moved to a 3 bed apart when our kids joined us. The apartment was a stand out. So much room, 3 full bathrooms plus extra shower and 2 extra toilets. The std room and apartment were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location was also great in close proximity to Pavilion shopping centre and lots of other restaurants.

Location of the property is close to a lot of shopping mall. The 2 bedroom suite was a great size for a family of 4. The staff has great customer service and very knowledgeable.
