The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
In accordance to National Recovery Plan guidelines, The Maple Suite ONLY allowed to check in who are fully-vaccinated and must show their COVID-19 digital vaccination certification in MySejahtera upon checking in. Those completed 2nd dosed must be after 14 days of vaccination. Couples who are fully-vaccinated are ALLOWED to bring along their children who are 17 years old or younger for checking in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Truly an amazing experience with a fantastic view of KL tower, and extremely central positioning. It was a 10 minute walk to the high speed rail, and less than 15 by car to nearly every major area in KL. The staff were extremely friendly, and very accommodating. There was a small maintenance hiccup and I was offered a brand new room while maintenance worked on it, at no additional cost, pretty much immediately after calling. The only issues I really had were the rather short checkin times, and cookware! Can't really complain about included amenities, but consider setting aside some money to get sturdier pots/pans on a longer trip.

Everything... The Staff was too friendly... The room.. I never got this such huge room before. And with the price. I've stayed for 2 night and extended 1 more night. Fore personally it was great.

Location is walking distance to Bukit Bintang. Suite is quiet and we enjoyed the view too. Staff was quick to response when we accidentally locked ourself out of the1 bedroom.
