Room: Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable(really) with good clean sheets. Toilet shower is good and heater working fine. Washer available in unit(working). Towels provided were clean. Internet was good and constant. They have working netflix and it is not laggy. Aircon are all working in all rooms. Staff: All staffs are friendly;Guards,manager,cleaning lady. Location: They have 24 hours mini mart at the lobby of the apartment. Sells most needs. Many minimarts across the street as well. Five minutes walk to Berjaya times square. Self laundry across the road. Big Muslim coffeeshop across the street on the most right side. More eating joints across the street towards Berjaya time square. Good quiet location. Overall: It is quite a good experience but not best. You can't compare it to a hotel. Apartment comparison wise, I had been in better. However the price is fair at 700+ RM for 3 nights in a two bedroom apartment with the stated conditions and location. I think it is okay if you are not that fussy. The complaints i listed below did not disrupt my stay. I just listed them so future occupants can manage their expectations. I went there as a family. If the price stays then it is a go again for future trips.

Have ghost make noise in around in room. And TV problem cant use movies. WIFI is good condition. The problem is the bathroom door spoil and hard to open back. Check with the door again. The pots are dirty and black like snatch not clear.
