The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated individuals that plan to stay-in for Tourism purpose, will be allowed to check-in at our hotel upon providing proof of vaccination.

Overall it's good. Friendly staff 😊😊😊 Suitable for temporary stay. For example, if you are participating in a marathon nearby. This hotel does not provide parking spaces, but you can park in the paid parking lot nextby. The room space is good, towels (soft and new) and shower gel are provided. You need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and hair dryer. The toilet paper is very very thin. Kettle, cups, drinking water and tea bags are available. The air conditioning is strong and the bed is very comfortable. But the sound insulation is very poor, you can hear the visitors walking around and keep talking, especially when they check in late at night, the sound of opening and closing doors is very disturbing to sleep.

Very strategic location. Walking distance to train, mall, shops, restaurants.. The bed was comfortable 👍🏽

5-minute walk to Jalan TAR and to Dataran Merdeka, 10-minute walk to Central Market, SOGO, etc. Location is very good.
