- A fee of MYR 1000 is to be borne by guests who violate the smoke-free policy in non-smoking guestrooms and property areas.-For self drive, please use Entry A to access the basement car park located at level B2 and B3 with direct lift access to the hotel's lobby. A nominal flat parking rate of RM 7.00 per exit is applicable upon validation from the Reception. Not applicable if you are using Touch N' Go or parking at Preferred Parking.- A mandatory power calibration test will be conducted, in compliance with the regulatory requirement from the Energy Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia), on 29th April 2025 from 12.oopm till 8.00pm.The power disruption will affect all electrical appliances in the guest rooms; ie. television, hot water, air condition, power/USB outlets and Wi-Fi including guest room and public area lighting (with exception to the emergency lighting) and guest lifts.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The staff was extremely supportive and polite both at the recepttion and for all our requests. The room was very confortable, clean and quiet. The location is very convenient to reach all parts of KL. The hotel is located nearby a shopping mall where many facilities are located.

Great location , directly linked to the mall , and 5 mins walking to train station. Overall cleanliness is good. Space is decent for 2 persons.

1) Accessibility to transportation is key to why we choose Sunway Velocity Hotel. It’s 5 min walking distance to MRT 😍 2) Sunway Velocity Hotel is adjoining to Sunway Velocity Mall , we can get good food choices before 10pm and could go down in our pyjamas 🤣 3) Helpful & Attentive staff at front desk & housekeeping. Request made gotten in under 10minutes . Eg : Request of bucket of Ice ( It’s super Hot everyday While we were there so we always request for an ice bucket on our way up to hotel) 😍 4) Charging points at both bed sides is a super plus point . Little details like lifted baggage storage space and enough table top space to put our amenities * the details that goes into designing the room is 5 Star 5) Roof Top swimming pool is great to start my morning and robes & swim tool were provided daily 😍

I like how close the hotel to the sunway velocity mall. Clean room, nice view, all facilities in the room functioning well. I come with a wheelchair user, the room was spacious, big enough for the wheelchair to turn here & there inside the room. Bathroom was included with a place to sit and a handle to hold on the wall (for old people or handicap person).

My 4th time here 😆 as usual, bed really comfortable & big. everything good. clean & but need to clean more on carpet. all staff are good & friendly. got both plug on bedside bed. soap are smells good. u can find food at the mall, just go down. or u want more choice food, u can go aeon maluri, mytown / ikea. or u can order grab/food panda.

My third times stay at here. All goods. Nasi lemak for breakfast always sedap. Sambal so sedap. The bed so bug & comfortable. location really good. easy to find places to eat just go down to the mall. love hotel connect with mall. all staff are friendly.
