The fine print
Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Children Breakfast policy:
• Children aged 5 years old and below eat for free.
• Children aged 6 – 12 years old gets 50% discount off.
• Teenagers aged 13 and above pays adult price.
For all self-driving guests, please take a parking ticket for complimentary parking endorsement. Touch N Go parking is subjected to normal parking charges.

The best place to Stay in KL. Inside mall and food courts with all facilities. While checkin I had requested for late check out by few hours and they agreed, but I didn't knew nor thy told me before that it will be charged extra and I had to pay. Anyhow its the best place to stay and will visit again.

It was a very comfortable stay in overall, except the electricity was playing out and we don’t have electricity supply on the checkout day. Hair dryer was having a big issue as well but no big deal. Still managed to get hair dry after resting the hair dryer for a bit.

Like: everything, staff is helpful and friendly. Hotel connected to shopping mall and LRT station. Easy to get food and travel everywhere. Dislike: bed is a bit hard.

Large property with comfortable rooms. Large choice at breakfast. Good gym. Dinner at the in house restaurant wasn’t great. Pool deck could do with some care.

Great location. Train is connected to the building. Breakfast was good but the ac was a bit too cold in the restaurant. Very comfortable and clean. Overall great.
