We were inundated by the many choices of places to stay when we were looking for accommodation in KL. Since my family prefers a place with a kitchenette and laundry facilities, we narrowed our search to apartments. SOHO Suites by Leala appeared during our search due to its many positive reviews, and although there were a handful of not-so-favourable ones, we decided to go for it! We did not regret our choice! Communication with the hosts was excellent – they were professional, prompt and polite (thank you to the gentlemen we met). The arrangements for airport transfers (the drivers were excellent), check-in and check-out were seamless. They even checked on us to ensure everything was fine after we had checked in. My family had a very comfortable stay in a 3-bedroom unit. The unit was located on an upper floor and offered partial views of both the KL Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers. The unit was clean (note: my family is particular about cleanliness) and appeared to be newly furnished. Daily housekeeping is available upon request. The beds and blankets were comfortable, and we had a good night’s sleep throughout our stay. While only two pillows per bed were provided and they were a bit soft, we made do with them. My kid was so happy with the channels provided, as she could watch her favourite Taylor Swift concerts while sitting comfortably on the sofa. In terms of location, it’s about a 10-minute walk (or less) to both Pavilion and KLCC. There’s a few small shops around, such as a 7-11, where you can buy basic stuff. There’s even a McDonald's close by. Overall, we give this apartment a thumbs-up, especially for families. We hope the unit will be well-maintained by both the hosts and guests alike, so that more people can enjoy it.

Clean apartment with nice view. Peaceful and quiet environment. Can walk to KLCC Suria Mall, Pavilion, Bukit Bintang area and Jalan Alor food street. And have many eateries nearby the apartment too. Good location.

The host was really nice, a marvellous experience we had with them, I will definitely recommend them to all my friends. The entire staycation, our lodging, food, money changer, amenities activities etc, the host had good knowleadge and great recomnendation. Thumbs up!!! I will SURELY go again.

The Owner is very responsive and well-organised. All the information concerning check-in was delivered precisely. I was welcomed at the door downstairs with an entry card and all instructions. The payment was easy and I paid with the card. VERY COMFORTABLE BED and pillows. Quiet, spacious apartment with an impressive view! I will come back!
