Pretty decent hotel for the price. MRT station short walk from the hotel, car park available and free (you need to have a TnG card to access the garage, and info the reception before you go out to not be charged). Might be an unpopular opinion, but i enjoyed the room without a window, no noise and no outside lights. Best sleep i had in a long time. The walkway from the lifts towards the room is longer than usual and i think it was abit eerie 😄 The room itself is OK, just enough for 1-2 persons, was clean and well maintained. There was lights switchs near the bed for all the lighting except the bathroom, which is very convenient.

overall is ok. but the aircon is really not working fine. when i go in then i switch to the lowest temperature. but when i wake up , it only stay at 25 deg ... i thought it will be good in mid night... it let me feel not comfortable. the aircon makes me not comfortable when i expect to take a good rest.

I love it that is located inside an almost-vacant shopping mall, which means you have plenty of parking space and security guards everywhere. I’d like to extend my gratitude to Noor, the sweet lady at the receptionist who went the extra mile to fulfil our requests and needs every time. I always come back to this hotel whenever I need a stay in KL. I have a car so it is not an issue to travel around.

i like all ! The room so amazing, we have bathtub and view LRT station..And the hotel give me babycot for extra.in terms of front office service is very good customer friendly.The parking at hotel so safety and free😍 we can repeat after this.. Thanks a lot silka hotel
