From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly, professional, courteous and extremely helpful. My room was huge and spotlessly clean, very comfortable and so luxurious! I only stayed one night but I wish I had more time there. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in during my travels.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Level 21 housekeeping staff was really really makes me feels like home. All these little little thing matters in the end. Happy staff is a happy customer.
