The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Pre-authorisation of guest's credit card is required to secure the room reservation.
Please note that guests with a booking of 10 rooms and above are required to settle a deposit upon booking. Guests can contact the property directly via the Special Requests box or at the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
F&B discount for in house guest (not applicable for alcoholic beverages).
- 20% discount can only be used on food and drink at the property, not entitle for alcohol beverages.

Very comfortable room, great AC (not with an inroom unit, but central one) not using freezer functions with strong wind there, great hard bed, i slept as a baby there. Breakfast was extraordinary, we really loved it. Location is great, there is a shopping mall across the street, Mass transit station just next to the hotel, close to local shops and streetfood, available parking.

I really hope they placed my twin booking side by side, but turns out it doesn’t. A bit upset about that, apart from that it’s a perfect stay.

no hot shower . maintenance did try to get the hot water running but didn’t work. i had to have cold shower at 5:30am, not good for my hip joint pain.

Love the location next to a mall so easy to find food. Love, the staff, love the ease of check in and out. Room is nice and clean, bed is comfortobe. Bathroom is with bathtub

- The location is super advantage. Mall is nearby. LRT is walkable. Convenient store is easy access. - staff is good n friendly n professional - lobby have nice atmosphere with live music during I arrive - breakfast is good. Have many variety. - room is big. I like
