Apartment rooms are lovely but this hotel is really let down by the lack of lifts. The wait time to use the lifts is usually 20 minutes + which is not helpful when you are on 19th floor. The rooftop pool is lovely but only 6 sun beds for the whole building so always very busy. We were only given 1 toilet roll and the rooms are not cleaned so we had to purchased more.

I stayed alone. City view was amazing. You have special WiFi connection and it was sufficient. There are all the kitchen needs. You can use pool and fitness area free of charge. Pool is on the top of the building. Pool was so clean and there is mini jacuzzi too. Accessing to your flat with contactless card. City view side is the best especially 25th floor and upper.

The check in experience was awful, the people at front reception where rude and unhelpful. This is run by a private company, which I didn't realise when booking. And they don't answer their phone. Very frustrating. The place itself was in an amazing location. The pool was magnificent. The room was clean. Only fault was there was no plug for the kitchen sink, no toilet paper and the iron had some sort of muck on it that nearly ruined my outfit.
