The fine print

First things first! I miss the smell of this place, I wish I could have my home small as good as it did in this motel!! Breakfast was an amazing array of multi cultural food perfectly cooked and displayed, room service was excellent, dinner in the dining area was absolutely amazing better than we have had anywhere, the steak and burgers were the best we have had. The service provided by the many workers here at any time 24/7, was impeccable! They were friendly, caring and so helpful, they literally remember your room number, what food and drinks were your favourites, we will miss this place so much 11/10 can’t recommend highly enough, a massive thank you to everyone at the Royale Chulan !! Can’t wait to bring the whole family

Not a high rise, traditional Malaysian style building, 5 minutes walk to the Pavilion mall. 20 min walk to Petronas towers. Superb choice at breakfast. Spacious but a little dated room.

The most i love was the vibes of the hotel..the food was okay..the bathroom was awesome when toilet have its own space and couldnt be seen..huge room, bed, balcony..alhamdulillah beautiful hotel id love to repeat :)

The hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The pool was an excellent size and there is a small gym which was adequate for our holiday needs. Staff were helpful & friendly. We were able to walk to all main attractions.

This use to be a good hotel but when I was there it seems as if they are running on a bery tight budget. The lounge was dark and have mosquitoes. It is not as porsch as before.

The design, building, and service give a sense of history and tradition. Many of the guests were locals, so I felt that the hotel is very much loved by the locals.
